We felt very much at ease discussing our daughters difficulties with Dr Ougrin, he was very understanding of our concerns. He listened with interest and was excellent to work with, we felt the assessment was very thorough and the outcome of this was very quick, thank you for all your help.

It was a great pleasure working with Dr Ougrin. Calm, careful and measured but prepared to discuss and address difficult issues pragmatically, proactively and rigorously. Could not ask for more. Safe pair of hands.
